Escape Room Policies

Our Waiver Forms can be completed online before arriving for your Escape Room.

Feel free to review our Escape Room Rules before your escape experience. Please note that your room host will still review the rules with you when you arrive.

Please arrive 10-15 minutes early to complete paperwork and go over the rules for our escape rooms. Regardless of your arrival time, the "timer" for your room will begin no later than five (5) minutes after your scheduled time (ie, if your scheduled time is 1:00pm, the timer will begin counting down no later than 1:05pm). This ensures that any rooms scheduled after yours begin on time.

Late arrivals may result in shortening of your game time, or the forfeiture of your reservation. As a result, no refunds will be issued. If your team arrives 15 minutes late (or more), your reservation (time slot) will be forfeited. Rescheduling of a forfeited time slot will result in a rescheduling fee.
